OMG !!!!!!! Finally got my records !?!?!!! They got rid of or flat out didn't keep any ! I've been going here since 2016 and there was ONE PAGE WITH A RECENT DATE !!!! I am appalled to read that Dr. Mary Fund is diverse in experience !!!! And cooperates with MANY other doctors !!!!???? Why on earth did she neglect my fungal infection and let me end up with fungal meningitis ????!!!! I have been on fluconazole since 2011 due to a couple of MAJOR surgeries and she has flat out refused to help me and or follow rules with this because it can turn deadly and in a hospital atmosphere it is contagious(that's how I got the infection) SO.... she doesn't care about anyone at this point, (KS-Statue 6... read more
Since when does a doctor have to be comfortable with the patients health?!?! A simple infection that actually is to be reported (KS-Statue 65) was let turn deadly on (meningitus set in !!!!) me because "Dr," Mary Fund was uncomfortable.
