The receptionist need to go... rude as hell.
I'm so disappointed - problem after problem with the office staff starting from first meeting with my therapist who never showed because her daughter gave birth so she called out unexpectedly which was fantastic but the office staff neglected to tell me for an hour. No fault of Denise (my therapist). I checked in and got seated. I'm a nervous, anxiety ridden, chronic pain patient but I sat there watching people go in and out smiling with Noone calling my name.
