At least they are trying to help people, too bad there are so many road blocks stopping them. Problem just like most, we are only human. Been going here years, I stoped for a few years, then went back. Good luck with yourselfs and never stop helping people.
The case managers do not like being told when their wrong. They also have to meny cases to deal with clients. When they deal with anything they are in to much of a hurry to do their jobs properly! The manager claims she is in meetings all the time but the office only has 3 employees! More like playing movies on netflix all day!! She refers to clients as consumers but the way she says it it's very snively! Almost as though she has a problem with consumers or clients. I rate this place as a useless program.
