My physician is amazing. However, whoever handles scheduling, contact with insurance, etc, is entirely incompetent. Twice now I’ve tried scheduling an annual physical only for it to be replaced by a brief, 15 minute “follow up” appointment. I showed up anticipating a physical, but then am told that wont happen because there’s not enough time. When i point out i initially scheduled for a physical, they say that I did not request that.
