Went for a deep cleaning. My doctor was Kaitlyn who was kind and encouraging which is always appreciated when you're getting something annoying and painful done. They even smoothed out a small chip on my back tooth. What a relief.

Expect the run-around. Office is near-impossible to find, once inside the building. Worker was as helpful as she could be, which was a level 2, on the 0-10 scale. Don't expect to get anything done if you go here without an appointment due to DTA call queue hanging up on you, or due to DTA. website malfunction. I made the mistake of bringing all my documents to get the process completed day-of visit. I was told they'd call when they get around to it. Not sure if that'll happen.
Never have to wait long to be seen!
