I am giving a ZERO STARS!!& waited 3 hours on hold then they pick up and hang up no one calls you back no on answers the dang phone this is absolutely absurd need to make an appointment for an elderly woman aka my mom is like pulling teeth and her Dr is the WORST!!!!! He shakes more then she does smh time to take a good loooong hard look at your services providers nurses and receptionist.. TIME TO DO BETTER FOR OUR COMMUNITY
I have been going there since 1999. It’s a dividing line .. the Spanish nurses and foreign nurses are the best. but the worst are white American female nurses they hate men and they express it.. I am afraid of American white nurses
I needed an emergency tooth extraction and they took me right in. Within 45 minutes of being there, the tooth was gone and so was my pain. The dentist was super nice and didn't make me feel bad about having so many issues with my teeth.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Had to take time out of work and order ride$ 2 times just to find out the only 1 person they have on staff wasn’t in and they don’t make appointments, so big fail like many of the CHC connections. Need better communication and staffing! Won’t be back!!
I have been a patient of Community Health Connections for the last 3 years. The staff is very approachable and helpful. All questions during my physical appointment was covered throughly. I highly recommend.
