My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, and I arrived 10 minutes early. However, patients who came after me were taken in before me, and I had to wait over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. It’s clear that the nurses and doctors prioritize Spanish-speaking patients and their acquaintances first. This is blatant discrimination and completely unacceptable
I am giving a ZERO STARS!!& waited 3 hours on hold then they pick up and hang up no one calls you back no on answers the dang phone this is absolutely absurd need to make an appointment for an elderly woman aka my mom is like pulling teeth and her Dr is the WORST!!!!! He shakes more then she does smh time to take a good loooong hard look at your services providers nurses and receptionist.. TIME TO DO BETTER FOR OUR COMMUNITY
I have been going there since 1999. It’s a dividing line .. the Spanish nurses and foreign nurses are the best. but the worst are white American female nurses they hate men and they express it.. I am afraid of American white nurses
I needed an emergency tooth extraction and they took me right in. Within 45 minutes of being there, the tooth was gone and so was my pain. The dentist was super nice and didn't make me feel bad about having so many issues with my teeth.
