This not fair. The dental and medical need to have separate reviews. I'm giving 5 Stars ONLY to the medical side. They deserve it. The dental gets a 1. Read on. The medical part is fabulous!! The staff is friendly, they joke around with you, and the most important part: They are highly skilled, competent healthcare providers. Friendly reception, clean environment, and quick thorough cleaning!
NO! Just no. I have a broken tooth and went to go get it fixed. It took 3 appts. 1st one was to just look(?). 2nd one was a cleaning. Very rough and got stabbed multiple times and not just normal cleaning stabbing. Finally the 3rd appt to actually fill it. That’s where all the issues came from. I told them before hand I didn’t numb normally so the doctor gave me some extra. They let me sit for 10-15 minutes and came to start working. Well...the dental clinic is great when they actually pick up the phone... I have called 11 times in the past 2 weeks only to be sent to mailbox each time. It would be nice if I could schedule an appointment by phone instead of having to go the whole way there with the bad parking literally only to schedule an appointment... I dont know who picks up the phone in this place but im begging you to do your job.
