I had an appointment on 27th of June 2023. They’ve even confirmed appointment day before appointment. I went & waited half an hour. Nobody was there. When I was leaving couldn’t even see the receptionist to ask details. Then I left. That was my experience. Should I make another appointment or not? No idea.
