Very professional and helpful
I always feel comfortable when I go see Dr. Cooke at CHC. The staff there is so kind and very helpful. Dr. Cooke explains why he asks certain questions about your condition(s) and gives helpful, healthy suggestions. I know I'm in good hands when I go there. He also will call me, when requested, to either answer a medical question I have about a medication I'm taking or if I have a change in my condition. Very thorough and caring. Explains things in detail and makes sure you understand. Best Nurse Practitioner I have ever had and better than any of the doctors I have seen.
Dr. Page was very attentive and listened to my concerns regarding my treatment and provided a very simple but effective exercise routine to treat my condition.
Unaccommodating and rude. An unusual situation to handle for everyone involved because I had emergency surgery out of state and needed post-op immediately (since it was almost a week overdue and she couldn't see me for another 5 days) but she didn't think it was needed to prioritize my care or direct the concern of urgency to either the insurance or another provider to handle or to sort out the situation.
