When you call, they have a repeat message that replays again and again and again every 30 seconds "sign up for our app, sign up for our apo, sign up for our app!" that would literally drive any normal person crazy! Just got a normal on hold dial tone, what is wrong with y'all! And now you can't even get through "due to high call volume, call back later" that's bullshit, you are a clinic that needs a working phone line, not AI garbage, no wonder you guys have so many bad reviews, garbage clinic!
This place sucks !!!!!!
I was going to the CHC downtown and the Dr was not very nice. I switched 2 years ago and got the best Dr EVER. The staff are all very nice and wait time for labs is better than QWEST
