Terrible clinic, I missed my 1st appointment then I broke my knee and was in a full leg brace and unable to bend my knee and because of that, was unable to come to the office and I was stuck at home with my kids one of which is disabled, I was told to go to my PCP for a referral for a wheel chair, and pain meds, and other stuff, but the community health centers said they would not accommodate a new patient appointment virtually, I can’t come in unless I have a mobility device and can’t find a car that my car for a ride that ... read more

This new phone system sucks! Can't get a hold of anybody, and when you do it takes forever. I've got an urgent concern "diebetic keto acidoucous"and would like to reach my doctor. Sooner rather than later.. was told that the prescription line would get me an appointment sooner, and yet was told it would take up to two days to get a call back? I could die before I get a call back..
