The receptionist Maribel is very unprofessional and rude and the communication between receptionist and providers definitely needs improvement!
No Dr. In sight they change the P.A. every few weeks. Not even good for a referral. Maybe that's why it's empty.
I cannot say enough great things about this office. The front staff are kind and helpful. The office was clean and the wait was shorter than what we have experienced elsewhere. Once in with the doctor, I found a very thorough exam, actual dialogue, concern for my health and an action plan! I did not feel like someone was "checking boxes" of questions, but actually building a rapport with me, as a partner in my health.
