Would not recommend anyone here . Lady up front was super rude and seemed annoyed right from the start . First time at this clinic and never had a problem with any other clinic in salt lake on taking my insurance. Lady in the front office kept on telling me my insurance wasn’t working when I called my insurance and said everything was good to go but front desk lady kept denying it . Super unprofessional worker you guys got upfront. Expected better from a Utah clinic handling these situations.
Mal servicio siempre que voy siento un malestar se que algo no está bien conmigo con mi cuerpo ellos solo dicen todo es normal todo es común y no mandan ningún tratamiento muchas veces he optado por medicina alternativa plantas y así por qué ellos no mandan nada sino tylenol. Tengo 20 días de cesárea, Llevo 3 días con fiebre y dolor de cabeza y dolor en la cesárea he ido 3 veces a la consulta con el doctor schleenbaker y la doctora safia ambos me devolvieron a la casa con dolores sin hacerme exámenes y sin darme ningún tratamiento, sin importarles mi salud. From the moment I stepped up to the front desk, the girl in the front was so rude looking at me annoyed and speaking annoyed because I didn’t hear her when she said she could help me (there were other people by me and I wasn’t sure if she was talking to me or not) I just moved out to Utah from another state so I didn’t have my son’s shot records with me except his medical records that I had.
