This review reflects my experience with the reception and medical records department, not the clinical staff or physicians at GoodHealth. On May 23, 2025, I visited the office to update my Tdap vaccination for school and employment. Later that day, I realized I also needed an updated immunization record, since I was relocating out of state and needed it for both school enrollment and employment verification. If you're not in a normal BMI the will relate everything to weight instead of doing due diligence. You took an oath in school remember that? They do not get back to you in a timely manner. Don't call in prescriptions they say they are going to do. Front office is unprofessional. Their is zero communication between Doctors as well. One told me to get back to them if I need to and I did and they told me to see my primary. I ended up going to the ER instead. ER Dr. recommended a endoscopy. The providers are excellent - I've been going to Good health for 20+ years. Since the sale to Community Health Centers, the administrative operation has taken a terrible slide. They don't respond timely to calls, emails or messages through their own portals. Most recently, the only way to talk to someone is to actually go to the office, and then the receptionists' hands are tied as it's the folks in the background (especially the referrals office) that seem impenetrable.

The problem I have is the social workers. Yes they're short staff, the problem is they hardly call back, even if they can't help or anything it be nice to respond back, that's professional. Calling sooo many times in one month and leaving messages and no response? How do a patient expect that they care about their needs. Why have social workers there if they're not willing to help or they pick and choose to help. Yes I'm upset because this is not the only problem with them. This has been a constant problem
