Very good docs
For a high-volume healthcare facility, I get excellent care from my provider and never feel rushed. My NP is amazing, kind and extremely knowledgeable. and I have always been able to get an appointment if needed.
Very poor experience with Good Health. I came in with a terrible ear infection in January and met with a very indecisive nurse practitioner who prescribed a weak dose of drops that took four pharmacies to find. Two days later, I had to go back because my ear was still throbbing. She admitted she needed help from a more senior provider, who took a quick look and prescribed much stronger medication that actually worked. I’ve been a patient for a couple years now and they are terrible. Let me be clear. The staff is good, very kind and helpful. However they have horrible communication, both me getting in contact with them and them contacting pharmacies and such. Half the time when I want to make an appointment the hold is so long that I just give up. Now, there isn’t even an option to speak with a representative. There is just a voicemail. I work full time.
