Inexperienced staff, they try, but don’t really have experienced staff to handle proper mentoring. It’s like having an eight year old try to draw your blood. Left covered in bruises. Clumsy referral processes that take forever too.
Hard to get appts or even talk with a nurse on call. I know they are seeing super high volume of patients, but it feels like too big of a barrier for care.
I want to update my review because I had a negative experience before. I called CHC to let them know about what happened. They listened to my concerns, they were understanding, and apologized. I now have an appointment with a new PCP who I will be seeing in a month. They also reached out to me for an emergency appointment within 2 days so that I would not need to wait so long for my current health issue. Sarah Arvidson was very professional and listened to me. Been going here since I was a child and have never had an issue with them until today. Went in for concern of a fractured nose and had an xray ordered by the provider I saw. Was told it would be best for me to get a copy of the xray printed at the front desk so I could go and get it done ASAP. When I got down to check out, was told by the girl at the front desk that they don't print out xray referrals and I would receive a call from radiology to schedule.
