I want to update my review because I had a negative experience before. I called CHC to let them know about what happened. They listened to my concerns, they were understanding, and apologized. I now have an appointment with a new PCP who I will be seeing in a month. They also reached out to me for an emergency appointment within 2 days so that I would not need to wait so long for my current health issue. Sarah Arvidson was very professional and listened to me. Been going here since I was a child and have never had an issue with them until today. Went in for concern of a fractured nose and had an xray ordered by the provider I saw. Was told it would be best for me to get a copy of the xray printed at the front desk so I could go and get it done ASAP. When I got down to check out, was told by the girl at the front desk that they don't print out xray referrals and I would receive a call from radiology to schedule. Hire know it' alls very pushy and bossy and controlling and mean and snotty and disrespectful people and rude people
They are very pushy and nosey and getting into personal life and drug people up on way to many meds with bad side effects not telling them at all and not listening at all and act like know it alls and treating people like kids and not respecting people very rude and controlling and bossy and pushy don't recommend them at all hope they close down and go out of business for good
Why there are so many negative reviews I'll never know! These people are so friendly and welcoming, and also make things like getting vaccinated and blood/lab work really easy for people that might not find that the most enjoyable thing (me). They know how to be respectful, have a good time, and be more than pleasurable human beings to get treatment from. 5 stars!!
