I am thrilled to have chosen Jena Katzman as my provider at CHC Essex. She is warm, caring, and truly interested in my well-being. She listens to me, takes the time to research topics she's unfamiliar with, and provides me with sound medical care and advice. Very inefficient office makes getting refills and messages through a major hassle. Substandard providers.
Nurses and other staff were very kind, but being constantly talked down to by Dr. Vogt has led me to seek a different health care provider. Looking at these other reviews I see I am not alone in my feelings. I didn't feel as though my concerns were ever truly heard and I always felt like he spoke to me as though I was beneath him. I'd much rather go somewhere that will listen to my voice and treat me with the respect I deserve.
This is the most amazing, caring staff I have ever encountered professionally at any medical facility.
Dr Jenna reminds me of doctors I had when I was young. They dont patronize you, or talk down, the get the job done. Wish I could find a place over in Essex, long bus ride, but still, I always felt fine because of their treatment taking bus back to Burlington. I just wish pit tumor etc internal blood vessel damage, etc, horrible abdominal could get treated so I could be a productive citizen again instead of too ashamed to meet people getting benefits etc.
