Had temporary crown done fell off same day had permanent crown put on fell off 5 day's later now they put permanent crown on again and now it's infected gum is swollen can't eat have to wait also to be seen just a couple days but bad pain shouldn't have to wait when they did something wrong and now my parshall plate is ruined because they grinded my parshall before they grinded the bite on the permanent crown now there's a very big gap between parshall and crown food gets stuck in-between the both of them and it has been ove... read more
I’d like to commend Dr. Hecht in Ogdensburg for the amazing care she has given my child. She is not his primary but got him in right away when he needed it. He does see Dr Patel at the same center, who is also absolutely wonderful! After two misdiagnosis and a trip to the ED, she immediately knew what was wrong with my son and took action. She then called me the next day (a Saturday) to give me my son’s test results and let me know the plan for managing his uncommon diagnosis. As a first time mom, I’m so glad I chose Dr. Patel. He is so friendly, personable, knowledgeable, etc. He takes his time to explain things and really listens to your concerns or questions. He gives you real responses and recommendations and not just basic doctor answers. Meeting with him one time significantly reduced my stress and anxiety.
