Update: we still love our clinic. We love the medical staff and office staff! We love Maddi! I really hope she stays at this location forever! She is very understanding, has always made necessary referrals, proactive on illness rather than the ' let kids get worse before issuing helpful medication'. I love how when I have a concern about my health, she takes it serious (I had a rather odd swelling of my salivary glands but ofcourse the occurrence would happen so fast there is no way to get into a provider to see it. Worst doctor's office ever!! Husband has been in excruciating pain for over seven weeks. He has been to this Doctors 3 times in the seven weeks, after going to ER twice, and all they have done is proscribed him the lowest type of pain pills and muscle relaxers that did not work, we have asked repeadily to be referred to specialist if they couldn't figure out what was wrong. Then when we finally convinced them for referral for MRI they send referral request to insurance without the clinical paperwork. How in the world does th... read more
Our family loves this clinic! The entire staff is wonderful. We try to make it in to see Jordyn Cooper for any issues --- she is always thorough and reassuring... even if I take a kiddo in for just a peace of mind. We are very lucky to have this clinic in our town. Wait times are minimal and often times we are able to get same day or next day appointments for sick visits.
Wasn't a bad place to go or so I thought! Not only have I been a guinea pig for my diabetic medicine but when I reach out and I tell them, I'm having a problem with the medication I am told that I need to see a diabetic team. Mind you this is after I have lost some of my insurance and can barely afford a co-pay or lab work through the insurance that I already have! It's not like I've not been in touch 85 times to explain but I just keep being ignored after I told them that I do not have the money for those kinds of services.... read more
