I came in with the start of something pretty severe, they prescribed me some low level antibiotics, when I had them filled at the pharmacy the woman I checked in with seemed beyond upset that I was there, then I spent 15 minutes listening to them talk about the Jonas Brothers and potential vacations before my prescription was ready. Found out at payment that they stopped their contract with my MAJOR insurance company, and ended up at the ER last night because they tried to bandaid something that needed immediate treatment. I had called on a Wednesday to start the process of getting the Prolia shot that is administered every six months. They said ok, that would get it ordered. I asked if someone would contact me to let me know when it was ready. They assured me they would. Not hearing anything from them by Friday, I called back. I was told then that their procedures had changed and that I would need to fill out a financial application first.
