Dont bother with this place. Went for a cleaning and they did absolutely nothing but X-rays and then I received a letter home from my insurance stating they had done a cleaning, provided tooth cleaning instructions, and X-rays… tooth cleaning instructions? Really. That SERVICE was NEVER PROVIDED neither was a cleaning since half of the staff was out they literally took X-rays and added 2 additional charges. And don’t even bother asking for a copy of your X-rays they’ll give you a print out all on one page instead of emailing... read more

I must express my disappointment with this place, and I won't be able to recommend it. My experience with Doctor left me frustrated due to a lack of punctuality. I had booked an appointment with him days in advance and traveled all the way from the Bronx, only to wait outside from 8:00 am. Surprisingly, at 8:30 am, his office called to inform me that my appointment was canceled, despite it being scheduled for 8:30 am. Trash , don’t waste your time .Dr Patterson is rude and unprofessional,I came in early and she took another patient ahead of me that came in after me and had a later appointment than I did she is the only dentist onsite so we both were waiting for her and this is the second time she done this to me , the first time she never followed up with my reference to another dentist after suggesting it and never reach out at all or had her staff reach out , she won’t last long it’s nothing but negative reviews for her I was trying to ... read more
