The staff and providers here are amazing. I've been a primary care patient for the last year and have had a great experience. The providers truly listen, which I haven't always felt at other offices, as someone with complex and chronic health conditions. They are very respectful and attentive. The front desk staff are also amazing. They are absolutely understaffed, so getting appointments can be tough and it's also difficult to get a response on MyChart. Dr. Szal is by far the best oral surgeon I have ever had. He is skillful, conscientious and caring. He is the epitome of an excellent surgeon.
CHCFC failed to diagnose a condition which my new PCP easily saw from the records that were transferred over. It was also confirmed by CT Scan. My only regret is not leaving sooner.
The assistance that you get from I believe Debbie as a customer service representative is horrible. This person sounds like she is miserable working there. No professionalism at handling phones at all.
