It feels like. The doctors don't care at this particular site as well The one in Lockport however the one in Niagara Falls is the best 🫶
The receptionist at COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER ON BENWOOD IN BUFFALO is lazy incompetent and does not need to be in any customer service and because I spoke up for my self she put me on hold for a really long time on purpose then tried to say months out for an appointment once she came back on the phone I have something serious I need to be seen about on top of changes to physical and I have to wait MONTHS?!! I would be dead by then
They keep messing up my appointments with scheduling and I need to be seen for life altering reasons with medication. If I pass away, it's definitely their fault.
I'm making my review about the Dental part of CHCB! Some receptionists are unprofessional: There's a lady who likes wearing a mask at the desk. It was a busy day I understand but i asked her politely if she could repeat herself because I couldn't hear her correctly and she had a tone with an attitude. genuinely the worst doctors office in the world. never see Noor the therapist she is quite genuienly awful. the receptionists are mean as hell and never want to do their job and they literally never want to help anyone. You would be better offf just dying then going to see anyone in this practice.
