Regarding the dentistry dept. First and foremost their in office receptionists are very helpful and kind and the only reason this review is 2 stars instead of one. Do not expect CHCB to respect your time in the way you’re expected to respect theirs. I have on more than one occasion waited over 40 mins to be seen after showing up on time for my scheduled appointment, including today for my 8am visit. Quite literally the worst establishment for any type of care and I mean primary, dental, obgyn, and behavioral health. Dental will make negative comments they Will have you wait months for FMLA documents will advise you they are doing their job and they don’t even take notes because there was no plan for follow up and will dehumanize you especially Stephanie & Gina in medical records. and Demario and Noor in behavioral health any other establishment for care is better than this one if you have heart problems they do not car... read more
Hi, Thanks for leveling me with email and sending me voicemails with reminder to schedule annual check up. I tried to schedule an appointment last year around August,2025 and unfortunately, the person at the call line receptionist I presume was very rude and unhelpful to schedule an appointment for me and my wife. Used to come here years ago and wasn't too crazy about my doctor's but they were decent. Made an appointment two months ago to come in for a regular checkup. They waited until today, the day before my appointment (Jan 16th), to call me and cancel due to the person they put me with not taking new patients!
