Got scheduled for a simple fill. Canceled last minute, said I had to call back in a month. Called back in a month and they said their schedule hadn’t opened yet, said call back in a week. Called back in a week and they said they were all booked, nothing they could do, call back in another month. Make it make sense. This place has horrible scheduling practices. Wasted countless hours of our time.
Lately making an appointment for medical has been super annoying. I called last week to schedule an annual and I was put on hold for at least 20 minutes. I thought, that's never happened before so I didn't say anything about it. Then I called today to see if the lab was still open on Benwood and if they take walk ins, don't you know she put me on hold for 25 minutes this time! I'm like that was so unnecessary.
