I do not recommend the Dental side of Community Health. After having an appointment scheduled for months, I received a phone call stating my appointment was cancelled because the hygienist called in. I called back immediately regarding the message, and was told there was no reason for my appointment to be cancelled, that the hygienist WAS in. Dr park has been extremely rude and disrespectful. my husband had a dental emergency so we went to there and he was being so aggressive and started talking to us so rudely. never in my life ive experienced this kinda treatment from a Doctor.
Totally unorganized and incompetent. I went to the dental in Niagara Falls. They basically left my teeth go until I needed them pulled. Don't even try to reach billing they don't answer the phone and don't return calls if you leave a message. I now go to a excellent dental practice and they are repairing the damage. CHCB said I needed dentures. Terrible place.😡
