I call them for my annual check up. They said I already did even I am not.i received an email im due for check up. Then I ask them if i can have a blood check due to fatigue and they said they are fully booked. She transferred me to the nurse but they hang up the phone right away.
I Needed a doctors appointment to be seen for yearly medication refill for high blood pressure and upon calling on 08/18/2025 to get appointment was told next available is Oct 24,2025 so In mean time I’m be without refill of pills in 2 Weeks and that’s dangerous, the refusing to refill my pills until October appt, I will be changing doctors office and finding new clinic soon as possible
I received a text, a phone call and an email saying I was due for a yearly check up so I contacted the office to make an appointment and the individual stated that I was being listed as a new patient and the earliest appointment wouldn't be until November. Are you kidding me? Why did you bother contacting me so diligently just to inconvenience me? I can go to another practice and get seen MUCH quicker. It feels like. The doctors don't care at this particular site as well The one in Lockport however the one in Niagara Falls is the best 🫶
The receptionist at COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER ON BENWOOD IN BUFFALO is lazy incompetent and does not need to be in any customer service and because I spoke up for my self she put me on hold for a really long time on purpose then tried to say months out for an appointment once she came back on the phone I have something serious I need to be seen about on top of changes to physical and I have to wait MONTHS?!! I would be dead by then
