This is not the place to go for a psychiatric emergency. They seem to forget they are treating patients that have mental issues. We get treatment because we can't function "normally". Helping should be first priority, and understanding should also be used. Patients are hurting and concentrating on policies and procedures instead of what can be done to help is not how psychiatrist office staff should prioritize patient assistance. I rate the Dr. 5 Stars, I rate the office staff 2 stars.
Very friendly staff exceptional doctors.Everything you need in one place even the pharmacy. I see Dr. Hickman best doctor I have ever had.Would recommend.
