My dear friend, Francis Urribarri was treated poorly by Dr. Singh. He would not attend to her needs and kept asking his assistant to check her insurance for coverage. In the end all he did was take x-rays of her teeth and told her to come back at 8 AM on the 11th. When Francis got to the front desk she was told that he would not take care of her again and sent her back to the doctor who had made the initial referral. I went to Bourne walk in clinic when they were just opening it a year or so ago. At that time it was pretty disorganised not good communication so I thought I would give it awhile. Today I went back again taken to an examination room waited 20 minutes Carlos came in looked like he just got out of bed. He had the rolling table that you put your iPad on his was broken to the point of having had to shove paper along the bottom of it to even put your iPad on it so it wouldn’t slide off. I have never been as livid as I am with this place regularly. The doctors and most of the nurses are fine, when you get to see them. I have literally been keep waiting 5+ hours for a physical. Unless you get the very first appointment you're out of luck. Oh and they won't update you on anything. The reception and administration are a joke. I have never once received timely or helpful assistance from the staff. I'll use the app, I'll call, I'll talk to them directly - nothing. I get the run around for weeks.
