Customer service skills for the front desk its a HELLLLLL NOOOOOOO for me. I dont go here but there was recent incident that i witness a client calling to have them rresend the prescription in and the lady who answer responded with WELL I NEED TO KNOW IM TALKING TO ...Again YOU COULD HEAR THE ATTITUDE...but said they was sending it over right then.....and here we are 1/22/26 t the next day which is today and they STILL HAVE NOT SENT THE PRESCRIPTION INTO CVS AND THEY DONT ANSWER PHONE CALLS LOL....I EVEN LEFT A MESSAGE. Tried to make an appointment 2yrs ago bc of sickness and one of those women hung the phone up in my face while I was trying to ask for help along with a quick and rude response those ladies need to be replaced honestly
I went in today for my 3 month Routine checkup My appt. was @4..out before 5!! I just love the staff,which includes Tiffany , Lexi and Newcomer Martha, they're always on point..Now don't even mention Nicole.. she's the Best ! Due to my health issues my Son which is an Airmen, was able to get his Assignment changed from Las Vegas to closer to home which is now Sumter S.C. due to Nicole writing a letter to his Chief in Command‼️
The ladies that work at the front desk really need to get some training. I don’t think they went to any school because they don’t know how to do their jobs.
