Some times they can take you with/without appt. but be careful because they have been known to cancel the appt. without telling you until you drive all the way down there for no reason. Would like to add from last time I gave a review, that having Hall as a care giver is a waste of time, last time I visited her I had to wait half an hr. to go in the back, then literally over a hr. before I was even seen.
