Seemed like a clean location and very friendly staff. But I have a reason why I took away each star. The first star I took away is because of scheduling.I had to call milledgeville, because gray would not answer the phone, i'm talking a week of calling different times of the day. Gray finally called me the next day.But they wouldn't answer any more calls following up to the appointment. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and professional.
I admittedly haven't been to this office yet but the lady who has been working with me as far as scheduling is totally amazing. Ashley is definitely a jewel & she's the utmost professional & friendliest people I've spoken with. I look forward to finally meeting her in person. She's always helpful, courteous & just altogether really sweet. They're lucky that they've got her & should definitely be thankful. Thank you Ashley for being such an amazing lady!
A wonderful office filled with kind, helpful staff. Mr. Willie Watts actually cares for his patients. Debra is amazing. Always smiling when working with you. I love that. Front office staff is the BEST! Macy and Brittany work hard to keeps things running smoothe and ate the kindest people.
