I had a good experience. I could tell my Dr wanted to help me. The staff were fun lol very nice folks. I did not spend long waiting for anything and feel like my health concerns were addressed and then some. Thanks yall.
I have only been using Community Healthcare in Spanaway as my primary care provider for 7 months, but I have experienced pretty much every negative thing you can read in the reviews here. If you call to make an appointment, even if it's an acute or serious complaint, expect to wait MONTHS; I've spent hours on hold on the phone; I've had doctors forget to follow up with me on health problems and medications they've prescribed. Major issues with their scheduling; made an appointment MONTHS in advance. They even sent me several text messages confirming my appointment as recently as the day before. Received a voicemail before they opened to call them back which I did. But since they were not open I couldn’t speak to anyone. Anyway, I get to the clinic to see my new PCP turns out several physicians called out; all the front desk staff could offer was to put me on a waitlist and hope I get squeezed in. Was quick for nothing. Got referred to another place and they forgot to send the prescription for antibiotics and they had no record of me 30 minutes after the appointment. Just a joke of a dental office. I would go zero stars if I could
