Went in for a prescription refill visit. I was having a very difficult time with an elderly parent and was really down and half in tears. I wanted to know how to best handle this time of my life where we all face struggles with this stage with our parents. Her answer was "I think you need to develop thicker skin" I called my female Dr., asked for a low dose anxiety med and transferred my records to a new Dr. THAT'S YOUR ANSWER!!?? Thicker skin?? Doctor Homer and Bailey are the best of the best. Lisa in the front office and Todd, so helpful. Bailey was out so I saw Homer last week and I mentioned I was on a waiting list to see a gyno and she said why wait I'll do a checkup now. Just that simple. They get to the bottom of your problem. I'm so glad I have reliable doctors here.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE DOCTORS. They’re incompetent & lack medical knowledge. These doctors could put you in danger. Dr. Olsen misdiagnosed my grandpa saying a stroke was carpal tunnel luckily I took him to the ER and real doctors were able to find out he had a stroke. In the past they’ve shown their incompetencies in other situations prescribing my mom wrong dosages on medications and not knowing basic pharmacology. It’s scary. I’ll be reporting them to Ohios medical board.
