I've been going there for years .Doctors staff are awsome
It is completely ridiculous the wait time in order to even talk to someone ti set up an appointment. I waited over 40 minutes on the phone only to have it kick me off and when I called back in continue to be put on hold.
Was on hold this morning for 30 minutes with no one coming back and saying sorry for the wait. That is ridiculously to long to wait and they also had an attitude as well. If your that miserable and cant answer the phone nicely, then quit and find a new job. My issue was never resolved, I also even called back after hanging up after the 30 minutes and they just let the phone ring. Can't say I'll be back, this is why future health care is going online.
Support staff is not friendly, it is though you are infringing on there time. We waited over 35 minutes before asking why we haven't been seen. Talked to someone at nurses station and their glib answer was doctor was still with another patient. There was 5 people standing around. Why couldn't someone come and tell us the doctor was still with some one else. No sympathy just glib like it was no big deal
I tried scheduling an appointment today and proceeded to be on hold for 35 min while no one from the office wanted to help me. I’m very frustrated right now because I just wanted to have a 2 min conversation to schedule an appointment but never got tended to. The office staff just kept putting me back on hold after the message loop instead of just picking up the phone and checking how they could help me.
