Nothing to Major I have problems with getting someone on the phone but everyone Is professional for the most part.
A great place to get behavioral health services and medication management.
Dr unavailable when u need him the most, waited almost 3 hrs to see him on a walk-in because they were not able to schedule anything within the time before his medication ran out, so as a result, no meds…. Took time off work for this. They desperately need help, but won’t hire another dr, but always got students training…totally unacceptable but this is what you have to deal with when you go the “free route”. Very annoying business practice won’t be coming back, I found another provider in the 3 hr wait….. SMH
