My adult son has had three appointments canceled with these people. He is depressed and suicidal and can't get in to see a doctor so he can get additional medication. How can they justify doing this to a person?? Mental health is not a priority in this country and it's places like this who are responsible for the poor state of our mental health services.
I have had only positive encounters here :)
