This place has certainly earned all these negative reviews. I had my first appointment with a psychiatric nurse practitioner at this clinic, and it was the worst experience that I have ever had with a behavioral health provider. She was impatient, hostile, accusative, interruptive, unwilling to listen, a gaslighter, and utterly incompetent. My right to be treated with dignity, respect, and consideration was violated by this provider. Needless to say, I will not be going back to this clinic.

Iive had an assessment maybe 2 weeks ago. No one has called me not even my case worker. I literally just got off the phone with someone that finally answered the phone and had me talk to my case worker. Which I didn't even know I had yet. Then I gotta come in and discuss what services I qualify for again after I asked what services I needed. I don't get it. But this is yuma

This place is simply just the best mental health facility known to me. The way they diagnose and watch over your needs is inestimable. The facility has always been an eye opener which has always been pleasant and positive. They have gone above and beyond at every opportunity available to them.
