They have sick appointments and they do there best to make u feel comfortable.Also i love the fact if u need a counselor or psychiatrist or addiction services or pain management.if you have multiple health issues this place is definitely the place you should be.I see Joshua Bryant only the second dr.in my life i have found i can be comfortable saying whats on my mind he is so laid back as is the rest of the staff case management is great nurses are friendly as well.id give it 5 stars then some.
Been with CHWP for several years and several different medical staff (due to changes in their personal lives nothing to do with CHWP), have never had any issues getting appt when sick, love their walk in with no appt/call in morning, have a CNP (Breanna Detrick) who truly cares about her patients, she’s been able to get me off some diabetic meds and on to a better health path. Staff are always courteous and friendly and they have three locations. Recommend them!
I seen Amanda for 2 years, never ever had an issue. She leaves and I’ve had 2 in 3 weeks. They make me feel unimportant, and that I’m a problem because they can’t figure out why I’m sick. Today I took pictures of my legs, turning purple!! I did my own research, and I believe my COPD has advanced. 4 strep tests in 3 weeks, came back ok. At my age, 58, they sent me back to work!!! I used to be able to call and be seen rather quickly, if not the same day, then usually the next day. I usually see a NP, which is completely fine with me because he is kind, courteous and very thorough. But lately I've had to wait weeks, even though I explained my symptoms to the scheduler on the phone and felt they needed a more immediate appointment. Since it is not “Oakhill” anymore, I have been EXTREMELY irritated with not being able to get ahold of anyone ever. No one ever calls back. I am getting more and more unhappy with the dr office. If this does not get fixed, I will not proceed with going there nor have a PCP. The Doctors are good but customer service is HORRIBLE.
I saw Amanda Lollini for 3 years and would strongly recommend her to anyone. She is so nice, she will always take time to listen to you and get to know you. I would absolutely keep going to this office if I hadn’t moved out of the area.
