Dr. Nwachokor is a great doctor. Unfortunately, his staff needs training with assisting patients and adherence to benefits. Due to their negligence and failure to verify my insurance I had to leave a wonderful doctor. I generally don't report issues to my insurance provider relations, but felt forced, due to my poor treatment. No compassion and poor training is inexcusable.
