Went to the DENTAL department for an emergency consultation regarding a fall I had, Lorena greeted me & did my intake process. She was beyond amazing, super friendly & very empathetic to what I was going through. I was then called in the back by Eileen & she was beyond amazing herself. This is where you come if you need a copy of your birth certificate and we’re born in Pasadena you go to the vital records office you have to go in and sign in and the nice security in the front. Will let you know where it is. You need to go? They have bathrooms inside and parking outside their street parking and a parking lot in the back. Vital records. Office is super helpful. You fill out the form give your information and ID to the person behind the counter to print out your birth certificate, death certificates whatever... read more
