The doctors are not to blame. Its all the front office. These women treat you like dirt and make you feel like you are in some way making their day more stressful and if your not hispanic, and you don't go back up there to see why they haven't called you yet you will sit there literally all day! The paper they make you sign before you are seen they will make you wait an hour after your appt to finally have you do that and then you have to wait till they call you to the back after that. Avoid, Avoid then avoid this place if at all possible. The reception staff is completely incompetent. On average, we waited 2/12 hours to be brought into an exam room where one time we waited for another hour before the doctor walked in. Mind you, we had an appointment at 10am and the doctor walked in the exam room at 1pm. We were livid. Yes, it's free healthcare and yes you get what you pay for but at some point you have to realize that the machine is not operating correctly. The actual healthcare provided was good.
