I had a very disappointing experience with Community Funeral Chapels in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The staff was unprofessional and dismissive,adding stress to an already difficult time..They were not transparent about their fees.Their website listed a $90 storage fee, but in reality, it was $100 per day. Moreover,my mother was there less than 24 hours,yet the owner Brenda claimed she will waive the fee. Everything was wonderful, highly professional. We felt like the were a big part of our family. The made my mother look beautiful. Highly recommended.
On October 29th I lost my dad, I felt so lost i couldn't think straight, Community Funeral Chapels was called to pick up my dad's body and can I just say that Brenda the owner was amazing. She hugged me tight and right then and there i knew she was definitely my right choice to handle my dad's celebration of life.
