I love the young ladies Brenda and Ms Elizabeth. They are so helpful , very kind , and they call to check on you to see that you’re doing ok or if you need to just talk. I would recommend their services to any one looking for honest caring people🙏🏽🙏🏽❤️
Community funeral chapels were friendly, caring and extremely helpful when I came to them in need. They guided me through this process and helped me have a beautiful ceremony for my mother. From a horse and carriage ride through to the funeral service at the home it self they helped endlessly. I am grateful to have had them to look to during this difficult time. Thank you to the great staff Brenda, Ana and Maziel as well as the others who were present during the service.
I had a very disappointing experience with Community Funeral Chapels. From the moment we walked in, there were no ushers to guide or assist us, leaving us feeling lost and unsupported during such a difficult time. There was a noticeable lack of empathy toward my family and loved ones. The funeral director only appeared when it was time to bury my nephew, which felt impersonal and unprofessional.
