The Mom and Dad Project in Big Bear has refused me resources, have told my kids mother what to write on the forms so they get funded.. you guys are funding Mom and Dad Project in big bear and they are FRAUDS - They are having un qualified people supervise kids , refusing services to people held at a church There is no development, no intervention , no child care plans and they pick and choose who they want to offer services to !
