While the Dr was professional and caring, when I had a problem couldn’t get any help from the staff. Had to change doctors.
Never met a ruder group of office people!
I have made two appointments here, and though the staff were nice, I was seen 20 minutes past my appointment time when I showed up 15 minutes early, and I only saw the provider for 5 minutes. I felt like the providers and technicians were rushed, and the examination was very quick. I also did not see the provider I was scheduled with, so I saw an alternative provider both visits. I had morning appointment slots, so I was surprised to see the schedule was off track so early.
I gotta say Mrs Lewis is excellent at what she does! I’d highly recommend her to anyone. The staff is amazing and fantastic. I’m a Diabetic & I have to keep My feet in check . She has given me some good advice & tips . On what to be on look out for. So far so good I haven’t had any issues. Thank goodness. I would recommend this practice.
I continue to go to Dr. Lewis at Community Foot Specialist in Beavercreek Ohio because her efforts improve my quality of life by preventing progression of my drop foot.
