Coaches are knowledgeable and accommodating. They’ll work with you wherever you are on your fitness journey, modifying exercises based on your comfort and mobility. Other members are super kind. Absolutely no ego in this gym.
Terrific community! Some terrific athletes at the gym but I’ve been comfortable modifying workouts to accommodate my 60yo body. Proof anyone can do it. But it’s really about the friends and people you will meet if you stick with it!
I work for a company that does the irrigation system out of there and Davis has the best sites to see the college is popping and the herbal cannabis clubs go crazy... After work join me for a dab or two all are welcomed...
