This is THE GYM DUMBBELLS THAT GO UP TO 120 squat racks everything, I've not seen the staff and that's ok the people that are in here keep care of everyone
I frequently am in the Crowsnest Pass for work. This is the only gym here. It’s 24hrs. Equipment was very good. Better than a lot of gyms. I am back in town and have been there twice already. I was very Happy to see they upgraded with a lot of Hammer Strength equipment. Very Impressed and will continue to utilize my gym away from home gym
Always updating. Always clean.
Machines are alittle outdated but atleast you can workout in a small town! Being the only gym in the pass and a smaller spot it might get pretty cramped in there :( decent gym tho!
