Beth was very helpful and efficient, especially in getting documents and paperwork ready before closing. She was also very helpful in giving us some advice and information about homeownership and what is expected of us as homeowners. She did a great job of explaining all the mortgage papers and documents that we signed too. I am on my second deal with them sellers they know have preferential treatment and if your closing a commercial deal they will bombard you with request for information not pertinent to the deal. If your just doing a simple residential that’s not complicated they should be fine but if your from out of town….
