Very nice nurse and everything was quick and efficient, and far more affordable than anywhere else around here
Calvin, I wanted to let you know how wonderful it is to have someone like you who cares about their customers and goes the extra mile to make sure they are taken care of. You completely took care of me without making it difficult or a huge hassle for me. You and the Risa were amazing and that is why I always go to you for lab work. Staff was nice but the facility itself felt dirty, counters were slimy feeling when checking in, entire lobby and draw room smelt like an old gym bag. Looked like old blood droplets on the floor and empty dirty cups on the counter in the draw room. Overall felt extremely unsanitary.
The staff at the front desk was exceptionally warm and friendly and happy to answer any questions we had about the different lab testing available. They were able to take my spouse and I back at the same time, which I appreciated as I was nervous. The blood draw was quick and easy, the lab tech was very friendly and talked us through the experience. I showed up this morning (at a busy time) to have one of my kiddos' blood drawn before school. I was worried that it would take a while as there was a full waiting room, and I needed to get my kid sent off to school. But one by one, each patient was called back in a polite, professional and consistent pattern. Everything went off with out a hitch, and we were in and out of there in 10 minutes. Good Job CMC team!
