Staff was nice but the facility itself felt dirty, counters were slimy feeling when checking in, entire lobby and draw room smelt like an old gym bag. Looked like old blood droplets on the floor and empty dirty cups on the counter in the draw room. Overall felt extremely unsanitary.
The staff at the front desk was exceptionally warm and friendly and happy to answer any questions we had about the different lab testing available. They were able to take my spouse and I back at the same time, which I appreciated as I was nervous. The blood draw was quick and easy, the lab tech was very friendly and talked us through the experience. I showed up this morning (at a busy time) to have one of my kiddos' blood drawn before school. I was worried that it would take a while as there was a full waiting room, and I needed to get my kid sent off to school. But one by one, each patient was called back in a polite, professional and consistent pattern. Everything went off with out a hitch, and we were in and out of there in 10 minutes. Good Job CMC team!
They make you stand forever to get your blood drawn. A lady in front of me who is doing chemo had to stand in line for like 30 min before they brought her back. For such a large hospital you'd think they would want someone who has been fasting to be more comfortable
Every single staff member is rude for no reason to everyone who comes in. Especially the woman at the front desk. This has been my experience for years. I don't know why this is acceptable
