They don’t answer the phone I don’t like this company at all it’s be three or more hours before they come to help my mother and I don’t like that I called today six times before I got a answer from them
Easy to set up appointments after rehab discharge. PT did the bare minimum. Maybe good for folks in optimal health but not good working with folks with any cognitive deficit. Have moved mom to outpatient and she doing more aspects of therapy and showing improvement. Our PT at Honor Health knows hows to talk with mom and get her on board. Additionally, PT with this group show up twice weekly as care plan and was hard to pin down on appointments. Unfortunate as her movement was critical after her hip pinning.
Fantastic staff and follow up. Kaila Dizon always goes above and beyond to make sure any patients referred are taken care of and feel comfortable. Appreciate all you do!
