Tried 4 times more than 20 min ea no answer to their phones. During application through Marketplace It was the one who was supposed to accept my pediatrician and physicians/specialists. Now January big surprise after being pushed to pay 2 months advance (like $500/mo) went to my Urgent Care isn't taken. Went to my pediatrician isn't taken. Called for solutions. NO ANSWERS! Is this a kind of scam or something? The portal locked the account. NO SOLUTION IN THEIR TROUBLESHOOTING.
Trying to get someone on the phone is awful all u get is telling me what great service im going to get nearly 20 mins still waiting and listening how important my call is to them
Mental health isn’t a priority on this health plan. Continuous denial of prescriptions they’ll cover 40mg but not 30mg. If your doctor wants to try smaller dosages to gauge reaction to a new medication, better watch out because they will have something reason to deny coverage. They definitely don’t care about swallowing issues as they refuse to cover chewables. Most corrupt insurance I have ever had.
