So insanely frustrating that its made me emotional. Rarely anybody actually takes this insurance that i actually need just general care my only option left is going to the ER. The pcp assigned to me by the insurance company wouldn’t even take new patients unless seen by a psychiatrist first! I only want general care! It should not be this hard
This is officially the worst health insurance I’ve ever had in my life. They’re nothing but liars. Insurance Summary of Benefits lists co-pay amounts but Community First doesn’t honor anything. They cover whatever they want and leave you with the rest. Nothing but endless arguments with clinics/hospitals/pharmacies on co-pay amounts. Community First is a JOKE.
