I called community first insurance toll free number at the 1-877-901-5046. And I was rudely hung up on multiple times, also they did not help me out with any of my problems, you do not treat people like this. I will now tell all of my family members and friends that I got with the plan to switch with me back to private insurance thank you have a blessed day

This organization does not take your needs seriously I was approved for my new wheelchair in May 2026 and received it and to this day still CANNOT USE IT as it needs a transport bracket to lock down with as I do not have access to public transportation or medicaid transportation due to where I live. They were notified in May 2026 and 5 months later are still screwing around refusing to approve the bracket for the new chair and as of today I no longer have a functioning power wheelchair that has the transportation bracket for... read more

So insanely frustrating that its made me emotional. Rarely anybody actually takes this insurance that i actually need just general care my only option left is going to the ER. The pcp assigned to me by the insurance company wouldn’t even take new patients unless seen by a psychiatrist first! I only want general care! It should not be this hard

This is officially the worst health insurance I’ve ever had in my life. They’re nothing but liars. Insurance Summary of Benefits lists co-pay amounts but Community First doesn’t honor anything. They cover whatever they want and leave you with the rest. Nothing but endless arguments with clinics/hospitals/pharmacies on co-pay amounts. Community First is a JOKE.
