CUSTOMER BEWARE! I’ve been with Community First Credit Union for a few years and have had two major issues that make me regret switching to them. First, they repeatedly reported late payments to my credit—even though my payments were on time via bill pay. My checks were delivered by the due date, but their staff delayed processing mail and then marked payments as late based on when they entered them, not when received. I phoned CFCU today and was put on hold number 28 in the Que. Mildly dustuebing ,bt decided to hold for my turn. When 12th in the Que i was disconnected and phoned back. I lost my place and now was 14th in line. At this point i did not expect much in terms of service but needed help removing lien on truck i purchased if i ever was going to get it transferref and registered...
