Excellent bank. They're always well staffed with friendly and competent tellers. Opening accounts was easy. I've only needed help from the manager a few times and she was great. Our auto loan was very competitive and easy to pay off early. I highly recommend CFCU.
Ridiculous system. You share account information to show (paper). You Hi-light routing number, right next to "member number", which indicates "Account Number" which it isn't--it's the "Member Number." Now, my social security payment will NOT be electronically deposited because your paperwork is misleading!!!!! Change this please......
I have been with this Credit Union since Mendo Lake Credit Union before the switch to CFCU. All clerks are great besides the manager. Please change the manager to regain better overall morality. Thank you!
Best place I've been to. Nicest people and most professional, wouldn't go anywhere else.
