Too hard to open an account at this bank! First time the system was down, went back waited in line for 10 minute until someone acknowledged me, no one was available to help then, made an appointment for the same day, got stuck in traffic called the branch to give heads up, rep told me to make it there and that she will rely the message. Joke of a credit union. Highly recommend going to any other lender in Sonoma county.
Community First branch in Sebastopol makes you feel like family 👪 Michelle, the branch manager, is so warm and welcoming. She recently helped me with a loan process that went so smoothly, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. They truly live up to their title!
