RecommendedThe lack of a 24 hour help line is a serious problem. I had password trouble with my account on a Saturday and now have to wait until Monday? That is seriously a problem. You guys really need to fix it.
Everything was great here, except I wish they had 24 hour assistance; they do not. They have a 24 hour access line but my account is frozen (can’t log in) and now my PIN isn’t working. I’d love to have someone to talk to about this but there isn’t an option. Hopefully no one is stealing my money.
Not a fan 25 dollars to stop a check is nuts so I guess you want my check to be stolen and what not
The helped us once with a loan, but now when we could use some help, they turn us down. It seems they are only willing to help people with good credit as most places and the people that don't have so good credit because of life events. Well, its just not good to not help people that really need it. Kinda like the rich get richer and poor get poorer. "We'll find away"? Not really :(
Their motto is "We'll find a way" They lie... I've tried 2 times for a loan, and have been denied both times, the most recent I was told I could get a loan, then at the last second the rug was yanked out from under me and I was denied the loan. At a time I really need a loan, they Wont find a way.
