It's been the best bank I've ever been at. Everyone is so friendly and treated me like I mattered. They also were helpful in the way they used overdraft protection by not charging the fee until the end of day giving you time to pay before it was charged. They also had an excellent incentive with their Kasasa Cash Back Accounts. Unfortunately, I have had to close my accounts there due to them moving/closing down the North Platte branch and discontinuing that incentive.
