Waited at the teller window for 10 minutes and not a soul said or did anything. Drove off.
I had an appointment at 2:00, and arrived 7 minutes early. I saw a plaque in the hall saying "Check in with a cashier". This is the first sign of ludicrosity. There's a long line for the cashiers but none of the people sitting in the office was working with a client. I had an appointment, I should not need to wait in line just to check in. So I found an employee who just came out of her office for coffee or something. She said she would check me in.
