Have problems every time i want to check on account and dont feel i get the help i deserve for MY account.
Poor customer service rude people and in fact the branch closes early while they look at you confused. Westerra is a good alternative. Glad to see so many other reviews reflect the service that’s given by this business. I wish I could close my account with them yesterday!

This review is not directly for this specific location. I’m leaving a review for a customer service representative apart of account services teams. Her name is Holly. She was very rude and pushy, she spoke over me I wasn’t able to get a word in and she transferred me without my final approval while I was still speaking. She also led me down the incorrect route of performing a transfer which results in money being put on hold for 7 days.
