Poor customer service rude people and in fact the branch closes early while they look at you confused. Westerra is a good alternative. Glad to see so many other reviews reflect the service that’s given by this business. I wish I could close my account with them yesterday!

This review is not directly for this specific location. I’m leaving a review for a customer service representative apart of account services teams. Her name is Holly. She was very rude and pushy, she spoke over me I wasn’t able to get a word in and she transferred me without my final approval while I was still speaking. She also led me down the incorrect route of performing a transfer which results in money being put on hold for 7 days. Cassandra met me as I walked in with a radiant smile and a joyful welcome. Some people have a gift of becoming a friend the instant you meet them and Cassandra is that very rare person. She truly did keep all her promises, taught me how to better understand my accounts, and followed through with her Branch Manager on the finer points. Both were were professional and gracious and I am grateful! Thank you!
